How prepaid credits and refunds work.
Prepaid credits
RouterBase runs on prepaid credits. You add credits to your balance and requests are metered against them. Credits are consumed only by successful usage.
Failed requests
Cost is held before a call and settled against actual usage. If an attempt fails, the hold is released and you are not charged — you only pay for the response you actually receive.
Refund of unused credits
Unused prepaid credits may be refundable on request, subject to verification and any payment- processor fees, for a reasonable period after purchase. Credits granted through promotions or referrals are not refundable for cash.
